Delivery within the Philippines

Your documents will be delivered through our courier service provider. For the updated PSA Serbilis processing and delivery schedule, please refer to the table on the right for PSA Serbilis delivery times.

LBC Branch Pick Up service is an option for you to claim your PSA certificates requested through PSA Serbilis at your preferred LBC branch nationwide.

Delivery to Other Countries

Availability and schedule of delivery to other countries is dependent on the services of Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) and the restrictions in each destination country. As an option, you can avail of special courier services through DHL Express for delivery addresses outside the Philippines:

For special courier services through DHL Express, delivery charges shall be to the requester’s/document owner’s account and shall be billed separately and directly by DHL Express.

Other Countries	The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has resumed accepting international mails to selected countries only. Delivery lead time after payment is 6 to 8 weeks. Delivery lead times are subject to change due to unavailability and/or cancellation of flights of airlines.
