Payment through Credit Card

PSA Serbilis uses the credit card payment facility of PesoPay. Unisys Managed Services Corporation will appear in your credit card statement and in the official receipt(s).

To pay for your request using your credit card, follow these steps :

1. If you have just submitted your requests and you are on the Acknowledgement page :
   • Click "Pay online via credit card now"
   • Read the PSA Serbilis Terms and Conditions, and then click on "I Accept" to proceed.
   • Go to Step 4.

   Otherwise :

   • Go to PSA Serbilis home page.
   • Click on "Request"
   • Click on "Payment"
   • Click "Pay online via credit card now"
   • Read the PSA Serbilis Terms and Conditions, and then click on "I Accept" to proceed.
   • Go to Step 2.
2. Enter the Batch Request Number or Request Reference Number.

   NOTE :

   • Enter the Batch Request Number when you are paying for all requests in the batch.
   • Enter the Request Reference Number when you are paying for a particular request only.
3. Click "Go".
4. Click "Proceed to Payment". You will be redirected to the PesoPay secure online payment site.
5. Enter and submit your credit card information.
6. If your credit card payment is accepted, a payment acknowledgement will be displayed. Unisys Managed Services Corporation will appear in your credit card statement.

Payment through BDO Remit Subsidiary Offices and Remittance Partners Abroad Offering Kabayan Bills Bayad

IMPORTANT :

Only requests for delivery outside the Philippines can be paid via BDO Remit subsidiary offices and remittance partners abroad offering Kabayan Bills Bayad.

Remittance service fees shall be charged on top of the amount due for your PSA Serbilis request(s).

If you pay through BDO Remit subsidiary offices or remittance partners abroad offering Kabayan Bills Bayad, the status of your request will be updated from WAITING FOR PAYMENT to either PAID/FOR PROCESSING or IN PROCESS two (2) working days after payment confirmation has been received from BDO. Payment confirmation is provided by BDO at least two (2) days after the date of payment in the country of origin.

1. Go to any BDO Remit subsidiary office or remittance partner abroad offering Kabayan Bills Bayad. For the list of BDO Remit subsidiary offices and remittance partners abroad offering Kabayan Bills Bayad, refer to the BDO website.
2. Fill out the remittance form with the following information (the remittance form may vary per office) :

   Corporation:

   • PSA SERBILIS (UNISYS)
   • Subscriber/Reference Number:
   • Batch Request Number when you are paying for all requests in a batch
   • Request Reference Number when you are paying for a particular request only Payment Amount (in United States Dollars):
   • Total Amount Due when paying for all requests in a batch, plus the remittance service fee
   • Amount Due when paying for a particular request only, plus the remittance service fee
3. Pay the exact amount in US Dollars or its foreign currency equivalent plus the remittance service fee.
4. Keep the remittance receipt or invoice slip after the transaction has been successfully processed. Before leaving, don't forget the following :
   • Check the remittance receipt or invoice slip to ensure all details are correct.
   • Ensure that the amount paid is exact and correct.
5. To check the status of your remittance :
   • Go to the BDO website at www.bdo.com.ph and then click on Remit Status Inquiry.
   • Enter the reference number found on the remittance receipt or invoice slip issued by the BDO Remit subsidiary office or remittance partner.

Payment through Foreign Correspondent Banks

IMPORTANT :

If you pay for your request through foreign correspondent banks, the status of your request will be updated from WAITING FOR PAYMENT to either PAID/FOR PROCESSING or IN PROCESS two (2) working days after PSA confirms with us that it has received the credit advice from Land Bank of the Philippines. PSA usually receives the credit advice from Land Bank three (3) to four (4) weeks after date of payment in the country of origin.

1. Go to any correspondent bank. See list of foreign correspondent banks
2. Apply for transfer of U.S. Dollars ($) to the Philippines (Re: Payment for CRD Request and Handling Fee) and fill out an application form for cable/telex transfer.

   Include the following data :

   • Currency : U.S. Dollars
   • Amount : Amount in words and figures
   • Payee Bank : Land Bank of the Philippines
   • Address of Payee Bank : 313 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, Philippines
   • For Further Credit To : Land Bank of the Philippines West Triangle Branch, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines
   • Name of Beneficiary : Philippine Statistics Authority
   • Remitter : Name and address of remitter
   • Message : CRD Payment: Batch Request Number or Request Reference Number
   • Owner of CRD (Applicant) : Name and address of applicant if other than the remitter
   • Telephone No : Telephone Number of the owner of the document or remitter (applicant)
   • Manner of Sending : Via Cable/ Telex
   • To : Land Bank of the Philippine
   • Routing No : TLBPPHMMXXX
   • Sending Introduction : Value today please remit U.S. Dollar(s) (US $) _______
   • To : Land Bank of the Philippines
   • For Credit to Philippine Statistics Authority
   • Account Number : 0234-0026-35
   • LBP's Correspondent Bank (See list of foreign correspondent banks)
3. Submit the application form for telex transfer and the appropriate amount to bank teller for validation.
4. Keep your validated copy. Your request will be delivered via regular mail. Should you want delivery to be made by the fastest means available, please make further arrangements with PSA through info@psaserbilis.com.ph
